Apple Developer Program License Agreement Needs To Be Reviewed

December 3, 2020 by MMinspect

That`s crazy. I just wanted to update my app, but I have to accept the licensing agreement for Apple`s development program: in my opinion, the message is vague and the hyperlink is fake, which is causing some unnecessary confusion and unnecessary work for others trying to help them. It would be nice if the message and hyperlink were improved for future developers. Switch to and log in to your account. If someone else has a similar problem, it turns out the problem was at the end of the apples. You need to contact them by phone to sort them out. In order to update your existing apps and send new apps to the App Store, users must verify and accept the updated agreement in their account on the developers` website using the “Team Agent” role. I can`t find a new agreement that needs to be accepted somewhere. No new contract in “agreements, taxes and banks.” And nothing I can accept in my account > legal agreements. On the forum Apple Dev also have other problems… for now, I look like I`ve stumbled! The hyperlink at the end of the message will lead you to, but after the research, the necessary action in the tax and banking agreements is in Yes, I searched the forum.

No, I don`t need to accept anything in itunes connect (banking, Contratcs..) – there is still a master contract that is still active. Nothing to add. I have a red banner on my account and I can check the agreement. But there is nothing in the agreement or below to say, “Yes, I accept it” and here agreements, taxation and the bank check the Apple Developer Program licensing agreement. The iOS development program licensing agreement and the Mac Developer Program License Agreement have been merged into a single Apple Developer Program licensing agreement. To create new apps and transfer binary files to the iOS and Mac app stores, the user must verify and accept this agreement in the member center with the role of Team Agent. I am changing my developer name from my name to my company. The process of getting a D-U-N-S and D-B number to properly update my business information was a mess. I have had a developer account for a few years and I have been successfully publishing paid applications for a while. If I log in to iTunes Connect today, a new message appears above: the updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement needs to be checked.
