What Is A Hap Agreement

The housing assistance contract is between the owner and the MHA. This agreement includes two parts, Part A and B. Lease: a written agreement between a landlord or a landlord representative and a tenant for the rental of a dwelling unit to the tenant. The tenancy agreement sets out the conditions for the occupancy of the dwelling unit by a family with housing allowances under a PAH contract between the owner and the MHA. If the unit has been handed over and the tenant has not moved into the unit, you and the tenant must accept the date on which you pass the keys to the tenant and come to the MHA office to sign the necessary documents. Then the tenant must sign all the documents before moving in.
